Not sure, but the box I received looks different than the one in this picture, and it does say "new" on it. But They are the same as the ZIPS that I bought last year..

Well actually it’s 89$ for a 29$ box of balls , I believe it’s the retailer selling the Wilson zip through Amazon that’s trying to intentionally gouge the customers intentionally through confusing product descriptions.
