Quality dog food good value for money happy hound's

I have tried my dogs on various brands of food, some more successful than others and some have created a lot of smelly gas problems. However, for my dogs Royal Canin tends to be their favourite, it is healthy and nutritious and doesn’t seem to irritate their stomachs like other foods can do. Their coats are also shiny and glossy. I have 3 mini Yorkies and a Sheltie, they all enjoy the food so one bag tends to do them all which is handy, no fussy eaters with this food. This food is suitable for pups 10 months to 8 years and for small dogs up to 10kg. It’s good to know when they get older their is an 8+ category of this food to move them onto. The kibble is the perfect size for their little mouths and the dry food is less likely to contribute to tartar as with wet food. Always ensure you have sufficient water when serving dry food. I even use this food as treats for my dogs when training, they love it that much. The only negatives I have is the food is quite expensive at £37.84 at time of purchase of this bag, still cheapest at the time. Also the bag is not resealable, I transfer some of it to an airtight container and then remove the air and seal the remaining contents of bag with a crocodile clip or something similar and it seems to maintain the freshness ok. The one nice thing, was this time around the seller included some low calorie treats alongside which was a nice touch, Minnie was very appreciative and really didn’t want to share. Not sure if it was a Christmas treat or not so may not be a regular thing.

my dog is 10 years old and has eaten this product since he was a puppy. he is a happy, healthy dog who loves this food. I would also like to change my rating for Maltbys to 5 stars. I previously gave them 3 stars when asked for a rating because the product, which was originally expected on 21st, hadn't arrived on 22nd and I later had a message to say it wasn't coming until 26th. Then another message came to say it was coming on the 22nd, very confusing, but I am pleased to say it did arrive on 22nd. thank you Maltbys and thank you to the delivery person who did a good job.
