It a good oil. Love to smell of coconut.

Amazing oil
I mix it with mustard, castor and coconut oil massage well and let stay for 2 hours before washing. This helped a lot with hair fall

Fake product
Full of colors, I used Neelibirunghadi oil way back, and it is not the original Neelibirunghadi oil. Full of green color, fake product

Coconut oil is a supposed to be a solid at room temperature lol
If it becomes solid just put the whole bottle in a cup of warm, but not, hot water. Becomes liquid again. If you're nervous take the cap off while you do this. This really adds shine to my hair, which blends some grays well. Jury is out of it adds a red hue. I didn't see henna in the ingredients, but I also dye my hair brown. This oil could be removing some tint exposing the developed hair underneath. Kerala ladies really know how to make hair naturally gorgeous.

Far from user friendly
Useless, came in solid form in a bottle. I suppose you could cut the bottle open, heat it up mix it back together and use it from another container. Would make more sense to see this product in a jar.
