This salad shooter really is nice. I had one that lasted 15 years and finally broke. So I got this one and let me say it does the job very well. Super easy to use and clean.

I couldn’t love this thing more! It makes grating cheeses and thin slicing vegetables an absolute joy and speedy breeze. Cleanup is effortless, just pop all the attachments in the top rack of your dishwasher. Easy peasy! You need this in your life. Trust me.

Great shredder had one for over 10 years and just bought this one to replace old one.

I went through several different cheese graters from different sites, and returned all. This salad shooter also stated you could use to grate cheese, and it does. It is a slow process, and a little cumbersome holding the heater above the bowl for an extended length of time to grate all of my mozzarella cheese I was making. During process it needed to cool off a few times. So, it works, easy enough; I’m just not sure it’s going to last very long. We’ll see. Although it has worked good enough, I would not recommend it for a lot of cheese processing like I’ve been doing. Best used as a Salad Shooter.

Great unit, this is a second in 35 years, every kitchen should have one.

4 years and still going strong. I use it primarily for grading large quantities of cheese when I need. It. Works great, is fast and is easy to clean. I'll be it a bit loud.
