Healthy, eco materials, but sheds and requires expensive cover
I'm on the fence about this pillow. On one hand, it was the most natural and safe in terms of materials. I love that it's organic wool and cotton. The shape is great. I used it a lot nursing my newborn, and now that she's a little bigger, I prop her up on it and she loves it. However, the pillow sheds wool threads like crazy and it drives me nuts! I'll find them everywhere--on my clothes, on the baby's hands, even in her mouth!! I cover it with a muslin swaddle blanket to avoid this. There is a cover you can buy but it's 50$. I feel that at this price point, the cover should be included. The cover is absolutely necessary. No matter how careful you are, with a baby, you will undoubtedly face spit up and leaks on your pillow. I haven't bought the cover because I'm not sure it will solve the shedding problem and because I don't want to invest any more money in a nursing pillow at this point. I can't rationalize spending $170 on a nursing pillow, even if it is organic cotton and wool. It doesn't seem reasonable. Perhaps another solution to save money on this product would be to make your own cover if you have the sewing skills necessary. That said, there are not many options for safe nursing pillows and I was not willing to compromise on my baby's health. I also feel that every purchase is a consumer's opportunity to vote, and I refuse to purchase things that aren't safe. It would be supporting the production of such products when we should be moving towards healthier, more environmentally friendly products. Therefore, I don't entirely regret the purchase and I probably would still buy it because there are no better options in my opinion. The other two options I looked into were the Organic Caboose pillow (wasn't crazy about the shape) and the Nesting Pillow (have heard that buckwheat breaks down rather quickly). Don't be fooled by the "organic" options for My Brest Friend and Boppy. Only the cover is organic.

Decent but pricey
This cover is very soft but after an accidental run in the dryer (you're not advised to, oops!) it was tough to put back on the pillow. I ultimately interchanged this cover with boppy covers which were more reasonably priced. Thinner than I thought it would be

This pillow Ian so great for feeding, naps, and as a bolster for tummy time! Nice alternative to the Boppy brand!

Love it! Love the fact it’s all organic inside ...
Love it! Love the fact it’s all organic inside out which is hard to find. You can even use it for your baby to help sitting up too!

Moreover it slips backwards and does not snug while nursing which is annoying as my son was slipping constantly
Did not work for nursing at all. Too high to nurse. I hired 2 lactation consultants few different times and all of them rejected it and asked me to use regular sleeping pillows. Moreover it slips backwards and does not snug while nursing which is annoying as my son was slipping constantly. I am using it for tummy time now, too expensive for tummy time.
