It is a gentle iron, it is easy on the stomach and does not cause gastrointestinal issues. It has not blocked up my bowels but it also does not have the rapid recovery for my blood that heme tablets do, they work much quicker and seem to be absorbed more readily than the gentle iron. However, for the difference in price unless you are critically anemic these will bring your blood levels back up without breaking the bank. It just takes longer than heme tablets.

Amazing iron supplements if you’re sensitive to taking regular iron vitamins. Got nauseous from many other brands that I bought and these are the only ones I’m able to drink. Highly recommend for sensitive stomachs.

I started using this several months ago. My levels have come up slowly (another check up soon) so it is helping. I do not experience any side effects from this product at all which is really nice. I wish it would work faster but the trade off is probably worth it.

It's iron so even gentle causes constipation. I suggest taking every other day to prevent....issues.
