Crystal Plastic and Steel 9-Inch All Purpose Knife, Cl215 (Silver)

Perfect for vegetables. Very sharp, serrated design makes it possible to cut very thin pieces if required. Minimum force required, but need to be careful, or you can cut yourself. About 6 inch blade length, and even thickness of blade is good. Good handle. My experience says it will last years. I am using my similar knife from same brand for more than 10 years and only now it has become slightly less sharp.

The knife is good but the handle end on the cutting edge side is extended making users to keep items to be cut close to the near edge of the chopping board else bottom portion the blade edge will never be in use.

It is serrated but cutting is very rough and lot of effort is required while cutting. I think the sharpness is issue.

I have purchased this knife twice but this time i got the knife with blue handle. Otherwise the blade is common to them. I love to use knife of different make and different size so why I am telling that this knife is excellent in shape and size, with ergonomically design, ease to use without hurting anyone finger. The serrated blades as my experience goes always remain better to normal blade (except Godrej Cartini) . This knife also cuts anything without any residue or left out waste, lump etc. The build is also superb and long lasting as i have seen with crystal knifes. The interesting things is that the serrated blades never require to be grinned by local bicycle carrying grinders. Excellent knife.
