These are the best capsules. Reliable brand that uses clean ingredients. This is also the only brand that doesn't cause me to get heartburn from the oregano oil. Other brands can burn and taste like you are burping up oregano all day long. Easy to swallow capsules and have totally changed my immune system for the better. They are a little more pricey than other brands but they are worth it.

I have been using this particular brand of oregano oil pills for many years now and it continues to deliver great results. This is a bit personal, but I figure if it can help another woman in need then that's what's most important: for almost 15 years I suffered from recurring episodes of BV.
