Perfect!
After a friend was killed in a car accident, I began looking for ways to secure our dogs in the car. Her dog had ridden on the seat next to her for 15 years. He fell off and pinned her foot down on the accelerator. She struck a parked semi trailer at a high rate of speed. I bought halters but the dogs got tangled. Carriers took up all the room and left no space for our luggage. I tried a couple of smaller barriers but they jumped over them. Wire ones looked like they belonged in a police car. This one fits perfectly, blocks them from the front seat and is always in place without being intrusive. It went together in moments and the only issue I had was my own mistake of making the strap too complicated and clumsy. Just thread it from the bottom straight through and the teeth will hold it where you want it. Because the back seat is almost always down I just tucked it behind the seat and secured it to the headrests. It’s not going anywhere and neither are the dogs.

Quality Barrier
Very good quality, metal frame, sturdy. Easy to assemble. Mesh is heavy duty, but has good visibility. Straps are reinforced with metal parts. Used in 2025 Honda HR-V and fits like a glove. Sturdy enough to safely contain my 120lb labrador.

Dog Blocker
This works great! It is very sturdy and my dogs haven't been able to claw through it. With my passenger seat all the way back and mine more forward it doesn't seem to have any issue bending some. The only issue I had is putting it into the vehicle can take some maneuvering. It stays put once straps are put in place. I actually don't even have to use the bottom straps. Fits my 2004 Subaru Outback LL Bean perfectly.

Easy to install and remove
I needed a cargo barrier to keep my airedales from wanting to move forward in my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I hope to also keep most of the dog hair from flying forward by installing a barrier with mesh instead of piping. Because the material fits so tightly, it takes a bit of understanding and working to stretch the material to install the metal framing, but this is so worth the 15 minute effort. The barrier installs with straps to the headrests and the cargo tie downs. It also appears to be easily installed behind the rear seats OR the front seats, in case I want the dogs to have twice the room. On the back seats there is very little gap between the upper corners to the vehicle, and no gap to the sides and the ceiling (using the 50 inch model). After the first install, which took about 5 minutes, installation and removal from my Jeep takes less than 2 minutes. This also keeps my dogs from drooling over or licking the tops of my leather seats. Price seems reasonable for the quality, design, and function, of this barrier.

The absolute best.
Fit our 2023 Grand Cherokee L perfectly. Kept the dogs AND their hair in the trunk, no scratched leather, and they could not get up to the front. (Our two dogs are a 1.German Shepherd 2.Boston Terrier/ Chihuahua mix) High quality, easy assembly, looks great.

Fits perfectly in 2017 Mazda CX-5
This barrier fits very well in a Mazda CX-5. I didn't even attach the lower straps around the seat frame and still there is zero noise/rattling from it. Putting it together wasn't bad with two people. Per a suggestion from another reviewer, I attached the center poles first, then the bottom, and finally the top. We had to pull it apart from separate ends to be able to connect—and YES, you need to undo all of the velcro to get it together. Doing that alone would have been a huge pain, so find a friend to help you. Installation in the car was simple (again with two people). Straps cinch around the headrest posts very easily. My dog seems to love the security of it, too. You can see through the mesh very well and it keeps the pup safer and more secure.

Fits like a charm
I just got this yesterday and installed it today. - Initial Impressions - It seems very well made. Putting it together was no trouble. I have a pilot and it's practically a perfect fit - very little space on the sides, definitely not big enough for my boxer. The visibility as a driver seems great - you can barely notice it there. I haven't actually tried my dog in there yet. He's been used to riding in the middle so this might be an adjustment. - Notes - I looked at A LOT of options before picking this one. It was one of the most expensive but with what you get for fit and quality, I think it's worth it. I don't plan to keep this up unless I'm using it. It seems like it won't be too much of a hassle to put in and take out. If there was anything I'd suggest to the manufacturer, it would be making the system easier to fold down. You're supposed to tighten the screws to lock it in place but I think I'm going to try not doing that so I can fold it easier without tools. It would be awesome if it had locking hinges or something along those lines so you could easily store it. An even better idea - it would be amazing if you could fold the top half down when you don't need it. Then you could leave it in place and still pass things from the front to the back.

Great for traveling with cats
Got this for transporting cats. I measured and got the recommended size, but it didn't fit well. Quite a large gap on the sides, especially near the top. I slit a couple of pool noodles and that greatly diminished the gaps and added even more stability. The product worked great and although fairly expensive I'm certain the less expensive "bar" style would have allowed the kittens to squeeze through. The largest size was too large by 2 inches. I'm not suggesting this, but I think if I angled it the larger one would have worked. If you're handy a person could easily make this fit smaller or even larger. Larger would require more fabric material and bar extensions, so probably not worth the time or money since pool noodles were a cheap and quick fix for myself. Good product. Not sure how it would stand up to a determined puppy, but surely a well behaved dog is not going to be a problem.

have been through a few products to stop my dogs from coming up front in the car and all have failed, the dog always end up in the front pushing my electric e-brake lol. Put this product in 1 week ago and happy to say no sudden stops with the e-brake, holds in place well very sturdy and I own a x5 and a freak about not damaging it and this seems to fit snug and safe and if I don't bore you with anymore words the product held up

Good quality, works well. It fitted well but I wanted a more snug fit so cut a little bit off

I'm very pleased with this dog barrier. It fits perfectly in my Nissan Pathfinder. It arrived earlier than originally quoted. It was very easy to put together and only took a matter of minutes to install in my vehicle. It's perfect for keeping my two dogs from climbing into the front two rows of seats. I would certainly recommend it.

It took my dog less than 3 minutes to chew a hole through the "scratch and tear resistant pet screen". A waste of money.

This would be ABSOLUTELY PERFECT if my little dog didn’t figure out how to jump around the side into the front seat, brat! But, keeps the 2 bigger dogs in the back and reduces being spit on from my drooling girl!
