I have had bad hormonal acne and irregular periods since I can remember, but ever since taking these twice a day my skin had almost fully cleared and I have not missed a period since. GAME CHANGER FOR HORMONAL ACNE
THIS STUFF WORKS! I started getting random hormonal acne in my late 30’s after have great skin my whole life and found this on a reddit thread to try. Thank god I found it, bc it cleared it after taking consistently for about 3 weeks. Smells and taste good
I will need to take this for a longer period to see how it works for PCOS, but first impressions is that it is quite nice. The smell is fresh and nice and the taste is good. Taste like spearmint tea and doesn't have nasty burps or anything. Way easier to consume the capsule than trying to drink that much tea per day to get the benefits, so I'm happy.

YOU NEED TO BUY THIS IF YOU HAVE PCOS FACIAL HAIR. Within two days my skin was in a plump, clear state with barely any facial hair (and when it did grow, it was sparse and thin). I got emotional because I hadn't seen my skin glow from within since I was like 10 years old. AND IT HAS TO BE THIS BRAND SPECIFICALLY. I bought an off-brand from Amazon and it did absolutely nothing. Please never discontinue this product, my world will actually shatter.
