I actually took a risk in buying a refurbished iPad but I wanted one and I couldn’t afford a new one and so far I have no complaints. It works perfect no noticeable damage. Nothing it was just like a brand new iPad and I’m enjoying it value for the money and the speed of it is very fast so I would recommend if you wanted to get a iPad at a reasonable price refurbish. They did a good job I like it thank you.

It’s a little slow but great for the price and large screen the charger it came with did not charge fast so I used my own

So I purchased with this company a month ago. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter. When I received it I opened it to make sure everything came as in the description, make sure it properly worked, and set it up so she wouldn’t have to herself. Well I couldn’t turn it on because it was completely dead. I charged it for 3 hours and it never fully charged. Fast forward to Christmas. It was never powered back on until Christmas and when she powered it on it was at 50%. I also purchased 2 Apple Pens and neither will pair to the iPad but works on mine and my MacBook, so I know it’s not the pens. Now it glitches, don’t hold a charge, and powers off at 12%. I also purchased a 2 year warranty but by it being a recent purchase, I was told to contact seller. I’ve called and messaged seller and no response. We are very disappointed! I will never purchase a refurbished product again.

It is is a great iPad but it does get hot easy and at first may glitch

It came with the wrong charger. The price was good but it was a gift and it made it look cheap once we noticed that it had the wrong charger box.

Delivery was amazing, iPad is great cannot go wrong. Perfect for my little girl.

Worth it

Was a little weary ordering an iPad that had been previously used but the item I received was in absolute fantastic condition. Could not fault the transaction and the seller’s communication and reply’s were the very best I’ve experienced. Needles to say I’ve since purchased another for my daughter. Highly Recommend

Just a little disappointed that it never mentioned if a stylus pen works ok it or not?!

Packaging was pretty poor, a bubble wrap envelope in a cardboard envelope but it did survive the journey. Tried to turn it on, absolutely nothing. Had to plug it in for 5 minutes before it even registered it had power to it. Charged to 20% then declared ‘not charging’ unplugged and plugged back in and started charging. Charged to 40% then again declared not charging. Time to be returned I think. I thought these renewed items were thoroughly checked?
