I haven't used this on irons yet, but have swapped out a few driver and fairway shafts. The mix ration is consistent, the head stays secure and comes off easily using a paint heat gun (3-5 minutes of heating). If you're like me and do limited shaft installations then this is a very good option.

Bought this to repair a golf club. It was easy to use and the bond held strong for multiple rounds of golf. It cures quickly so I wasn't without my driver for more than a few hours. This was a better cost effective option than taking it into a store for repairs.
