Slide On Pencil, Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil - Brown Perfection

I can't answer if this is quality as far as how long it will stay on during the day, and hold it's pigment. However, this is the first time I am branching out from high end cosmetics, I heard good things about NYX. I received this and tried it immediately. It was just a pencil (not gel or liquid) so I assumed it would go on dry and tough. WOW WAS I WRONG. This glided like butter, like my high end pencils. I took it a step further and did my eyelid completely, testing it for coverage, how fast the tip wore down, etc....you can MOST DEFINATELY use this as an eyeshadow too, and it took me 2 seconds to cover that much area because it goes on so smoothly! its that smooth. And the point of this pencil was still there completely when i was done....not even a hint of wear down. the color was soooo accurate and beautiful (gunmetal) that I was once again surprised. So i can use this for liner, or shadow. And not spend $20-$30 on colored pencils. Puts Urban Decay, MAC, and Lancome to the test easily in quality. However, how long it will stay on, and rich, is as you know, SUPER IMPORTANT! So, As far as sustainablility, THAT i can not answer yet. But im very very very happy with it! Will update once i have used it all day as far as the sustainability question.

First off all I have to say is that I love NYX to death! Ive always bought this brand and the reason why is because their makeup is quality for the price! I have boughten a lot of eyeliners that either smudge or do not go on at all; but NYX eyeliners always seem to impress me with the boldness in color and the fact that it stays on for a good amount of time. This eyeliner goes on super bold and you can see the color from a good distance. One thing I love about this eyeliner is that it does not smudge and last forever. The pencil last for a good amount of time, but does need to be sharpened after ever couple of uses. I had bought the white eyeliner, but I would recommend any of the makeup products from NYX, I am a big fan if you cant tell already!

The coverage lasts pretty long — by hour six, it’s fading just a little bit. It smudges but in the way it needs to. You need that to be able to work with your waterline, but.... It stays in place and doesn’t smudge everywhere! I love that! Also, the white is super vibrant and I’m happy with the density of the color and application. The only downside I see with this is that I wish I could go a whole day without having to reapply. But then again, that also benefits the ability to take it off pretty easily. Totally would recommend!

I ordered the 'Slide On, Glide On, Stay On & Definitely Turn On, Waterproof, Extreme Shine Eyeliner (This Eyeliner Is So Good, The Name Had To Be This Long!)' black glitter eyeliner to wear to my best friend's funeral service. There were a ton of tears and tissue wipes but this eyeliner stayed put and didn't smudge at all and I wore it for about 6hrs. I would have given this 5 stars but I can't figure out how to sharpen it! Twisting the bottom doesn't work and an eyeliner sharpener won't work as the tip is plastic, I'm not sure if it's defective or if I'm just not doing it right. I'd hate to have to buy a new one after only 1 use and I'm not sure what to do about this

This does everything I need! - Great for sensitive eyes or contact lense wearers. It does not cause those floats on your lenses. - Long lasting, smudge proof, and waterproof. You do not have to worry about looking like a panda. - Nice rich black color. I use it on my waterline too. No irritation. Also this is always sold out in stores. Especially the color I use which is jet black. So I decided to buy from amazon. One thing is these eyeliners arrive in good sized box which I believe is a waste of a box. I ordered 3 eyeliners and it took probably 5% of the space of the box. I hope they can use less packaging if possible. I will also try to find them in stores more rather than ordering.

I am a HUGE fan of this product! I am always looking for quality makeup that is not at a super HIGH price. I have tried another NYX eye liner that is very dry and doesn't go on easily. I tried this one and really like it! This color is a perfect dark brown. It is the perfect shade for me! I don't think it smears too much, but all eyeliners tend to "leak" on me so I have to touch up around my eyes during the day. This is no better or worse than others I use for staying in place. Bottom line, great eyeliner that competes with top brands (Urban Decay, Bare Escentuals) for a much more reasonable price! I highly recommend this product and LOVE this color! I use it almost daily!

I buy this one and it has the same brand name as another one I bought before and it was great, but this one from the first use did not last long and when I ask the seller about the waterproof he said it can hold a small amount of water and it's just got removed at my work, with just some sweating my face didn't even touch water, and when I contact Amazon customer service they said they received a lot of complaint from this seller, then I ask the seller for return he said it's not returnable, I tell it's not like it was described and it's not my first time to buy a waterproof eyeliner, and that I want a full refund, so he sent me the label and after about 10 days I got no reply, so I sent him again where is my refund like they were forgetting or something but they didn't send me a full refund after all these days.

UPDATE:After a few days of wear, I'm not as excited as I was. I don't have particularly oily lids or anything but it is NOT as waterproof and stay proof as it says :/ The middle sections where I lined were totally blurred, smeared, and not stayig in place after a few hours of regular daily activity-no sports activities or sweating. So bummed! Wow, gorgeous. I have only really swatched it, haven't tested longevity but seems amazing. Seriously glides on incredible smoothly and the color payoff is perfect-EXACTLY what I've been looking for. A dark, almostttt bronze-y gold. So beautiful.

I used to buy NYX Tropical Green which was perfect, but NXY appears to have stopped selling that colour now, so I tried this paler green which seems to be the only shade of green they are selling now and it is awful. It does not glide on easily, the colour is non-existant and it also caused a slight allergic reaction in my eyes. I have since bought GOSH velvet slide on eye pencils from Superdrug and their green/turquoise colours suit me more, also Rimmel's Jungle Green is a good base colour for me. Hope that helps.

I love NYX eyeliners and this is definitely included. Smooth application and it doesn't run anywhere throughout the day. Good price as well!
