Quality tool
Pump works as expected. You will need a sample container from one of the oil analysis companies. I chose Blackstone and their bottle fit perfect. I also purchased some of these bottles https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07XVPG44F to use when I don't have a fresh sample bottle from Blackstone.

Great Oil Sampling Pump Bundle!
This is truly an excellent bundle. First of all, a lightweight, easy to handle pump, a sealed case so it doesn't drip oil all over the other tools, and a good long length of tubing. We use this pump to sample the oil in our light rail fleet at the Metro Gold Line in Monrovia, CA. By performing oil sampling on every 120,000 mile inspection, we can plan our gear unit overhauls based on immediate need. The pump is very lightweight, so it makes sampling very convenient and ergonomic, even for our female technicians. I highly recommend this bundle!

Defective item, major let down, I have an upset customer over it and can't even return it! Not cool.
I bought this bc I work for an oil distributor and we offer oil sampling. We convinced the customer it would be wise to pull a sample in a large steel foundry. On the first unit, he had to shut down and take out of production, on a ladder with a fair amount of work to access the tank, we drop the hose in and pull and it sprayed hot hydraulic oil all over him out the back of the device thru the intake vents.. We had to close everything back up and reschedule and they were in a hurry for those samples. Sure wish I could at least get my money back!

Terrible seal, do not buy
Seal doesn't hold any pressure. Was only able to get 1 sample after fighting it for 5 mins. I work in a Diesel shop and got tired of using the shop one. Wouldnt recommended this one until they fix the seal issue

GOOD QUALITY !
I had one for 20! years for fuel, oil, coolant samples form generators. I even used to pull a vacuum on my break system. If you use it correctly great devise to have. And love the case, something my old one did not have. That’s is why I had to get a new one
