Really it's good to use

I am pleased to review Freshware CB-104RD 6-Cavity Mini Silicone Mold for Soap, Bread, Loaf, Muffin, Brownie, Cornbread, Cheesecake, Pudding, and More . They are of very high quality silicone, thick yet pliable. The product quality itself is superior, without flaws of any kind. They stand up to the dishwasher without obvious negative effect and also clean up very easily by hand. I appreciate that the apparent durability allows versatility of use, whether for freezing liquids or baking, or anything else that can be imagined. Having extensive experience with numerous silicone food prep, cooking and baking products over the past 25 years, I would place this product's quality as among the finest I've used. Purchasers won't be disappointed. I expect and will likely receive many, many years of service from each mold purchased, making these products also of exceptional value for the price paid. While I do not personally find use for the other sizes offered, I would not hesitate to purchase them if the need arises. Each cavity holds about 4-1/2 ounces of liquid without being full to the danger point of imminent spillover. After trying a friend's identical Freshware molds, I purchased a total of 12 for the initial purpose of freezing numerous batches of my home made, collagen-rich bone broth. This labor-intensive process is not something one would willingly do often, so making several approximately three-quart final yield batches at a time allows a break of a couple of months before starting the process again. I put two seven-high stacks, with separators, in the freezer at a time. The "brothsickles" peel out of their cavities with ease, which I wrap in Stretch-Tite, bag and then keep frozen until use. After many back-to-back uses, the Freshware molds look, feel and respond as new, with the interior of each cavity retaining their almost polished appearance. Nothing sticks. Silicone is a wonderful product to use both for baking and soap- making. I bought these particular molds for soap making, and they worked like a charm. It was easy to pour and level the soap, and when I took out the soap bars, I simply inverted each mold. One note: the entire mold is silicone and highly flexible. This means that it is very difficult to move a filled mold without damaging what has been poured. I suggest using a baking sheet underneath this mold if you need to move it. The finished size of each bar a typical for a soap bar - they are not to large. I ended up cutting each bar in half for single- sized usage.

I love this product and have been using it at least twice or thrice per week to bake my milk bread since I bought it over a month ago. It gives a good size loaf and the bread out out very easily. One of the best baking products I’ve bought so far.
