Redmi Xiaomi Note 7 Pro Phone (Blue, 4GB, 64GB)

The product is good. I had applied cash on delivery and I received this phone today. The back camera not working.

Fingerprint reader want to on the screen not on the back.Battery life is so good.Valu for money is to good.But device is hang some time like 15second.

Great Product . Most successful version of Redmi phone till today. I even suggest to buy note pro 7 instead of note pro 8 ( why to pay 3k extra just for two extra cameras... technology is ever changing you will find much better phone after 2 years assuming a good handling of phone can server you more than 3 years ).Note pro 8 has one disadvantage od mediatek processor for which we still need to do wait & watch for its improved technolgy in longer period against Snapdragong. If you know that mediatek shorters your other hardware devices life and hence mobile has short span of life against havign SD processor.True value for money for note pro 7 . One can buy wihtout creating any doubt. Flawless phone with great MIUI interface which is its USPThe only Problem with any REDMI phones series that it is too sensitive while call , if you intent to talk without using your hand i..e using shoulders , phone goes on hold due to touch with your cheeks.

Worst experience with the product as ringer is not working and battery life not longer. Charging decreases immediately. When I visit mi showroom for repair they are telling this product is secondary sale in Amazon. How it will be secondary as it costs original amount. I was really disappointed with this product from Amazon. When I am reaching the Amazon customer service they are telling to approach mi service centre and when I reach mi service centre they are telling to approach Amazon. Really very very worst experience with Amazon app. I never buy any electronic goods from the Amazon site. .As per my last communication with customer care executive, they told to return the product. But when amazon executive when reached to take the product he refused to take back as he is telling charger is old one. But that charger is that which I received through product delivered. Worst experience

good quality and best product in this price

Phone is good but I have issue with courier guy who spoken very rudely and he also want my photo ID when I refuse to show it again he was arreguing and waste my lot of time. also the phone key was missing ..... I m very disappointed...😠😠😠😠😠😠

Really fantastic phone and can usable for Kerala especially who always facing poor signal issues. even though without showing signal redmi note 7 pro can call and receive without any disturbance.. received phone from amazon but only i have inform them my phone data cable not working finally charging with new cable paid by myself.

Excellent phone i am using this phone for 1 year. No issue working smoothly. battery life is also good. fingerprint and afterall all feature work fast..
