Pride and Prejudice (Fiction Classics) Paperback – October 23, 2013

I was so happy to be able to find that Pride and Prejudice is out for Kindle.Now I can combine two of my most favorite things - my ipad and my favorite love story.The ebook is really easy to use, and the layout gives a good overview.I must say that the formatting is really well done and very clean.Overall it makes it a very comfortable reading experience.And now will I always have the love story close at hand - yeah!

I heard so much about this book I had to read it. I got up to the 16th chapter and found it so boring I could not take it anymore. I don't know when it gets good, if ever, and did not find it worth my time to find out.

Kind of like a modern soap opera.

Acceptable, not the exact version of the original text (written by Jane Austin)!

Nothing against the book, I just couldn't get into it.

I loved the voice of the reader and really enjoyed my first read of this book, after having only seen the newest movie!

While this book has been a favorite for a long time, I was disappointed that the 'audiobook access' was not in evidence.

very disappointed it was read without any feeling and very stylised voice this is one of my favourite books but ruined it for me .

Jane Austen's classic novel is happily available now on Kindle, for people like me, to read and re-read whenever we require the refreshment of excellent writing and delicate wit. The book has obviously been produced with care and attention. Access to an audio book is freely available. An interesting section on adaptations and works inspired by Pride and Prejudice, together with famous quotes from its pages, rounds off the book most satisfactorily. Highly recommended.
