Wonderful product. I put it in my morning coffee and can barely taste it. It dissolves right away. It does suppress my hunger until mid-day. It also gives me a nice and natural boost. I have an very happy that I found this product.

I saw this bee pollen on tik tok that it may help to grow your boobies. I was planning a trip to Mexico so I thought what the heck, why not try it. I took it for a solid 3 months. At first I didn't notice anything but after about a month I noticed more fullness. I didn't really believe it at first but kept taking it just in case. I was also reducing calories to get prepared for the trip so that usually means losing some fullness of the bust as well. So the gain in my chest wasn't huge but it did make me feel more confident. During the trip I felt pretty confident wearing a bathing suit and they felt a little more full than usual however the real evidence came after the trip. After the trip I had run out of this bee pollen and also gaining back some of the weight that I lost for the trip. After a few weeks I noticed my bust had shrunk :( even though my bottom was getting bigger from gaining weight back. I waited it a few weeks to see if maybe some temporary hormone fluctuations were the cause and nope they were gone! I came back on amazon thinking I need to get some more bee pollen! So I bought a different brand (big mistake) thinking I need to keep taking this bee pollen stuff indefinitely! This other brand made me itch and the after taste tasted like soap. One again I came back to this brand while more expensive it is worth it. The taste is good the result is even better and I just went ahead and put it on auto deliver lol If your on the fence I'd say try this bee pollen and don't go elsewhere for a different brand. It didn't grow my bust a lot but as a small chested woman I'll take any help I can get. The additional fullness is much appreciated. With bee pollen helping the immune system and having other health benefits this really is a win win.

I ran out of the bee pollen I usually use (Seebee's) and bought this one instead, and it just doesn't work on me like the other does. I had terrible sleep with this one, when the Seebee's helped me sleep so much better. I also did not enjoy the taste of this one. It tasted more earthy. Gave it away to a friend. EDIT: I upgraded to 5 stars because the vendor proactively offered a full refund without me even needing to ask! This was a great (and rare) service! Appreciate it.

Gives me a little boost of energy and does what it should be doing...to my knowledge anyway. Not a huge fan of the flavor so I put it on toast with peanut butter and strawberries or into a smoothie. Size is good - lasts a long time. It doesn't mix into liquids super well so I suggest slightly warming your drink - DON'T make it too hot though or else it may loose some of that good nutrients :) Drink hack: Matcha green tea (let it cool down a little) > mix in bee pollen > add a touch of agave & almond milk

Taste and smells like bird food, but if the benefits are good I will keep eating them. I eat them with plain Greek yogurt and red apples for sweetness

This is my go to brand for bee pollen. It tastes amazing and seems to be better priced on Amazon than when I go to the store.

Not sure if the benefits are there as they’re not obvious but I put a few granulars in my toddlers oatmeal every morning. Hoping there are great long term effects :) Smell is a bit weird for me but he is 3 and a picky eater and doesn’t notice!!
