材料をそろえる手間なく、本品だけでスムージーが簡単に味わえます。少々溶けにくいのが難点。シェイカーで必死に振ってます。(笑) 使う量が少ないのか、シャバシャバした仕上がりでとろみはありませんが、飲みやすいので良しとしてます。これのおかげなのか、翌日のお肌がつるつるに。＾＾ 続けていこうと思います。
