This is a great black hard tipped brush pen. It’s very pigmented/dark and easy to use for beginners. Great for heavy handed letterer’s like myself. The grip is soft and a very nice touch. I wish more companies added this because lettering can tire the hands/fingers.

Was a little worried at first with storing them sideways. Didn't have any issues.Great set for trying out japanese brush pens, would recommend moving to a heavy refillable as soon as you get the hang of it.The weight on these are pretty light, and with this style of pen it's better for your hand speed to have something with some weight.

I really like this pen. Highly pigmented, stiffer brush that still has a little give that allows for slightly wider downstrokes if you use it for calligraphy.

It writes smooth and I like the looks , it's well worth what I paid for it thus far

I got this to practice kanji and it is very nice to use. Clean, smooth strokes and just the right size for practicing small characters in a notebook.

I love this pen and would recommend it to anyone.
