Le Creuset L2501-2016 Round Dutch Oven Enameled Cast-iron, 2.75 Quart (Meringue)

This cast iron Dutch oven is our most used pot in the kitchen. The 2.75 quart is perfect for couples and with two toddlers. The size and weight make it easy to clean. For large adult families, a 4 quart may be ideal. Its pricey but it handles heat well. I don't have anything negative to post, but you can lose the inside coating if you forget to turn off the heat all night, which already happened to our previous pot. Unlike the less expensive cast iron pots, this can lose it coating if you are not careful.

this is my third le creuset dutch oven. I think it's going to get the most use - perfect size for one or two.
