Beachbody is on the pricey side. Yes, but what they offer is worth every penny. I mean would you want bands from target that will break and hit you in the face? After my 10 years doing beachbody programs, suppliments, equipment. I trust them. These bands won't break and their made well.

Bought as replacements for my original ones from beach body - use these every day! Great resistance with different “weight” - the handles provide a great grip and allow for effective moves without slipping from hands or feet.

I have probably done what everyone else has and picked up resistance bands from Walmart or Target. The bands from Walmart or Target are very thin and break very easily. The P90X bands are very thick and create the best resistance out there. The handles are interchangeable and very comfortable to use. I would recommend this product to anyone. X ME!

These have been a huge help with my first round of P90X. When I moved, I no longer had a place to put my pull up bar so these bands plus a door anchor made a huge difference. I can now get back to my regular routine. In fact, I think they have actually improved my pull up strength because I can choose my resistance and still get a full work out!

Bought these lighter bands for my wife. They are sturdier and offer more resistance that the bands sold at Target, Dick's, etc. Only 4 stars because I feel they should give you handles for all three bands. Wife uses different bands for different exercises and has to switch out the handles during her work out.

I bought these for my son who is doing P90X and he loves them! Before that I'd given him some old resistance bands of mine but there is a world of difference between the two. These are very nice with their different levels of resistance and handles. They seem a very good quality too.

Pretty positive they are authentic... its always my worry shopping on Amazon. Perfect condition... work great. A ton of resistance... definitely worth the money.
