So this is the first time I've ever done any type of cleanse. So I'm not really sure what I was suppose to experience! I took 2 capsules 3x a day for the most part, there was a few days I missed the afternoon dose. I took for the 10 days. I didn't have any major cramping, no excessive bowel movements. Infact I only went once a day , not even every day. After the 3rd dose I did have a very large bowel movement. Like omg where was all that sitting and it smelled horrid! After that the only thing different with my bowel movements was the smell. It had a very raunchy smell. Not your typical poop smell. There was no huge weight lose. I think maybe 2lbs Side Note: I wasn't sure what to eat when doing a cleanse so I just ate my normal foods. Honestly I can't tell you it worked great cause this was my first time ever doing a cleanse.

The product worked great and gave me the cleanse I needed. I have more energy and better focus. My cravings for junk food has lessened as well. The pills are big, but you can take them apart and sprinkle the contents in some juice or water if need be.
