HONEST REVIEW If you have regular bowel movements, this will not do anything for you. BUT if it’s taking you 2-3 days to poo then this will help you a lot. For the past few months I’ve had irregular movements, I’ll eat corn then see it 5 days later but now im pooin big ones DAILY. Not in a laxative way like it’s still solid but it’s coming out. This is a phenomenal product. Weight loss claims come from regulating bowel movements

Works great my only complaint is the taste! I just can’t get used to it! I tried mixing into just about everything but I can still taste it. It does dissolve completely when you mix it though. No smell and comes with a scoop so that’s handy! I definitely prefer the capsules but I purchased for a great price so I can’t complain too much! Good product!

I have a gluten and dairy intolerance. I’m 23 and every time I eat bread or some type of dairy the next day I feel heavy, my face feels inflamed, or I feel like I’m not fully processing my food, but taking a scoop of this product before eating has been actually life changing for me feeling like I can eat anything and not feel bloated immediately. I did not expect it to help as much as it did right away. Nothing has ever helped so significantly. It’s 100% better than using Lactaid. The taste isn’t the best but I mix it together with gatorade or some type of juice which does the job. Ive never ate so much pizza in one week because I haven’t been having any issues processing it since taking this product. Highly recommended if you have similar problems!

This tastes fantastic so it's easy to drink often. Downside is I learned that for gut repair, the sucralose in the flavoured version is not the way to go - after purchasing the second tub. Would have been helpful if this was flagged in the description or even better, use stevia instead to sweeten it. Would be nice if they could replace it with the no-fillers added one since I have a full tub of this left and I'm still bloated..
