Overall just a great zinc supplement from a trusted source. No other additives or fillers. I do wish they made a 22mg zinc picolinate, their 30mg is too much for me personally but if you want to supplement 15mg this is a great choice!

Easy to swallow and absorbed quickly. No taste from tablets. Prompt delivery.

For sensitive individuals this 15mg Zinc is a more tolerable dose - most other supplements are 30mg which for some people like me is too high. This also has less fillers and ingredients that are likely to cause a reaction - Pure Encapsulations are a brand known for producing products for those with high sensitivities. The capsules are also very small and easy to take, no flavours or smells or funny aftertastes.

I can already see from the capsule size that there's no point in weighing the contents. No nasties, not cheap but then paying less for more nasties makes no sense.

I'm did try many other brands, but this one is the best. 5*
