This is mechanically simple and the buttons/lever are all very easy to use with long nails or severe arthritis. Works better than expected. Hot water for tea stayed hot outside in 18°F for 6 hours. Likely would keep it hot longer but event ended. It sits on a 'lazy Susan' which is helpful. Excellent product.

Excellent coffee dispenser. My mother uses it every day at home and also in meetings, and it keeps the temperature for a long time. The pump works very well and allows you to serve easily without spills. It has a good capacity, it is easy to clean and the included brush is a good detail. Ideal for coffee, tea or hot water. Totally recommended for its quality and practicality.

I bought this last minute for a party. I got a few dollars off the price, so I picked this one over the other choices. It was delivered on time. I had to drive to the party and it leaned over in the seat and didn't leak. It held a batch of hot spiced punch very steamy hot for 4 hours and drinkably hot for at least 2 more. The stainless outside stayed cool to the touch. It seemed sturdy and the lever held up. I like the little tag and stickers that were included. Comes with a brush to clean inside. Only downside is rinsing it out. It's hard to get completely empty. I had been unsure of this airpot but I was impressed by the end of the night. It was a good purchase.

Works great - kept my drinks hot for a LONG time! Good product for the price. Removable tops and included brush make cleaning easier, just be sure to clean them ASAP, and collect excess water with a towel. Would purchase again.

We used this as a secondary thermal dispenser for our kid's 7th grade party this week. It did everything you could ask it for. Only con - which is a con on every single one of the items like this and i'm not taking any stars off - is cleaning these is a bit hard. You really have to deep clean it after use.

Great thermal airpot which keeps liquids hot for more than 8 hours. Excellent size for a small party of 20 persons. Easy to manipulate.

Worked fine for the first 2-3 weeks then stopped keeping coffee hot. Leaks down the side. I would not recommend. Only gave a 1 star because my product was bad.

Full pot of coffee was still very warm 48 hrs. later. Half pot got colder sooner. I love that it fits under commercial dispenser coffee brewers, enough hot coffee to last me all weekend long (weekend cabin trips). I also like that the pump handle collapses and the handle makes it easy to carry. I wish that the top of the pump intake would have a concave depression for me not to have to remove it every time I make coffee, like my other ones have but otherwise, I am very satisfied with this carafe. The base allows it to easily rotate. For the money, it's very good.

Using it for about few months Week 1 held up the hot for 8-10hrs. Since then has deteriorated, holding for 2 hrs only now. How to claim warranty

This was a very good purchase. The pump lever is easier to use than the push down models. Water keeps hot and it’s good value. Comes with a cleaning brush, as well as labels to stick on a tag indicating what drink is inside! Would purchase this again without hesitation.
