very, very happy with my purchase. For the price it can't be beat.....high quality cell phone. You won't be disappointed.

I went through the process of transferring my phone number from a prepaid Tracfone flip phone to a BYOP GSM sim card. Only after I was left with a dead phone did I discover (by scouring Tracfone's forums) that Tracfone service will not work with any Blackberry. I'm disappointed because I was led to believe I could use an AT&T-compatible BYOP GSM sim card with the Blackberry. While the phone appears to be in good shape, I would not have bought it if I had known it wasn't going to work with Tracfone. I blame the seller for not making this clear. 1 star.

this phone works excellent every thing works fine but the housing scratches very easy and the battery lasts about 3-4 days but after a few years the battery dies in less than an hour with no use

Too expensive Track pad came bad No USB cable Poor build quality Bad camera Disappointed with this purchase DO NOT BUY Better options such as the Lumia 520, 620 within this price range.

cell phone is good. It deserve its price.

I purchased this phone on September 12 and it stopped working on December 09 for no reason....it is a piece of crap and of course I can't return it cause I had it for almost 3 months....Mind you, the phone was used maybe 2 or 3 times a day for a few minutes at a time since I'm usually in class or at work from morning to night.

I needed a simple pay-as-you-go cell phone on the less expensive plan only for emergencies. I bought this one for it has a real keyboard, which I can use instead of the tactile one on the screen. This one is all that I expected and more. Something called my attention though: it does not receive a charge from adapters other than the one coming with it.

It says touch screen but it’s not touch screen at all, it’s a mexican model and has telcel or whatever brand embossed on bottom of the front side, which I don’t like at all, I wanted to return but then i was told to pay for shipping it back, So be careful before you hit buy, I am stuck with this phone, loosed my money

Blackberry just died. OS system (or something) has to be reinstalled (maybe). Other than that, won't work at all. Not happy with a brand new blackberry that doesn't work.
