In order to use cheese, you just need to prepare the cheese as you would for a regular fondue pot by diluting it with white wine or cream to keep it liquid, enabling it to flow through the tower. Powdered cheese may be used as well....Barbeque sauces may be used as well."Since nacho cheese is not solid block cheese, I would suggest trying it as it is. If it does not flow through the tower well, try diluting it...maybe with a little evoo.

In some of the reviews it says that it can be hard to clean. How do you clean this? Can you run it under water?

Turn off power, unplug cord, dismantle and wash with hot Sunday water, and dry. Very simple. Lots of great enjoyment with this

Easy setup and clean up

Bought 2 (milk and white chocolate) for a wedding 7 months ago, and used one at child's party 2 months ago. Worked well, tasted great, easy setup & cleaning both times. Just emptied so I could and put all pieces in a trash bag to wash at home. Stores right back in original box. Looks and runs like new the next time. Small enough to fit/travel well, but only takes 2 pounds of chocolate and it heats up quickly.. Would definitely recommend if you have don't have more than about 30-40 people (if now, get 2).

Muy mal producto no deben vender este producto tan baja calidad

Very bad pool, bad that I used my chocolate melted it and the pool did not work, the engine is too small to warm up the chocolate and it was wasted time and money, the saddest thing that my children were sad because there was no pill for their strawberries and musmelos, but an idea worked for me and I put it in a bowl hot chocolate and the happy children should NOT sell this machine, make better products, thank you. Muy mala pileta malo que gaste mi chocolate lo derretido y la pileta no funcionaba el motor es muy pequeño para calentar el chocolate y fue perdida de tiempo y dinero lo mas triste que mis hijos se quedaron tristes porque no hubo la.pileta para sus fresas y musmelos pero me funcionó una idea y lo saque en un bolw chocolate caliente y los niños felices NO DEBERIAN VENDER ESTA MAQUINA HAGAN MEJOR PRODUCTOS GRACIAS

Very pretty setup

Work as intended. There are times I have to manually move the nozzles back to its location so it will drip onto the tray below in order for it to cascade correctly. That’s why I deduct 1star.

Loud, messy, but fun.

Directions were not clear how to assemble or take apart. SUPER messy and annoying to clean after use. It is LOUD as heck and shakes a bit violently when turned on. Not sure if this is normal. The kids love it and are obsessed so it’s definitely a fun item. It’s also kinda hard to actually dip anything under those spilling cups. I wanted to love this fountain but I’m regretting not buying the original style instead.

Works better than I expected.

Worked really well! I was skeptical but my daughter wanted a chocolate fountain for her birthday so we pulled the trigger. I used a crock pot to pre-melt the chocolate and added a little oil to thin it down a bit. The fountain worked beautifully and the kids had a lot of fun poking fruit and marshmallows into it. Even cleaning it was not too bad when we got home. For the money I am satisfied and would recommend this if you want a sweet novelty for your next event.

Easy setup, straightforward use.

I have only used it one time so far but it worked great. Chocolate flowed perfectly when I followed the directions in the manual. Kids loved it. Manually cleaned all parts by hand while warm and everything cleaned up very easily. Will try nacho cheese soon.
