It powers what it is supposed to, and does a great job. There is nothing controversial about this, although I have since found it cheaper on other sites (slightly less expensive). But it is not that costly in the first place, which is the only reason I am giving 4 stars, not 5.

Perfect Supply for the Yamaha FX 500. Takes up way less space than the original bulky power supply/and has a green LED to indicate operation. If you are not sure what to buy for your Yamaha FX 500 guitar effects processor, this is what you need.

Works Perfectly. Has a small footprint, so easy to store and deploy, does not take up extra space on power strips.
