I was a little funny about my computer at first but I only had it to charge it one time since I received it very good battery it comes with a stylus that is tucked away on the bottom of it it's touch screen and it's 360° great for taking notes I am very satisfied with this computer I'm glad I purchased it's very durable it has a protective bumper one of the reasons I purchased it it can handle a few drops you would think it's heavy but it's not you can take it anywhere perfect weight and size perfect if you're at home or you need to take it with you

This computer is far, far better than it has any right being. I bought this in acceptable condition, and the laptop I received was nearly spotless. The stylus has some pressure sensitivity- not as much as an apple pencil or a drawing tablet, but enough to be more than serviceable for art. It's completely capable of surfing the web and running light apps, and the battery is still good enough to not be a hinderance. I have no complaints

The first Chromebook they sent was defective. As quick as you'd like they replaced it. Took the original to the Market and dropped it off and the new one came in a few days. It works perfectly. Yeah. It's from 2016, but it does all I need it for. Battery seems to last, though I've never used it so long I had to stop to charge. It isn't scratched up or abused, but it's not new either. It just works well. On thing. The screen is small, and the edges take up space leaving less real estate for the content. It's better than a phone or small tablet, but a laptop it ain't. I love that the screen is touch, so I can type on keyboard and just use finger to go back or scroll or correct. My old tablet with keyboard couldn't do that. Great value. I'll let you know about charging times and battery life over longer term use. M

After I got all my apps installed, everything logged into, totally personalized, I realized the charger was not charging. In fact, looking at charger cords online, it does not have the correct cord plugged into the box. Then I started typing, only to find the n and b keys stick and only work about every 10th time, or if you hold them down for a few seconds, which seriously slows down the typing. Obviously, no one actually checks these things out before certifying them ready to go. Shame!

I have 2 already and just order a 3rd. My second Chromebook did not come with the stylus/pen and the seller quickly shipped me the stylus/pen. This is a great Chromebook for all our basic needs. I use mine on flights to get some work done. I really like the tent/tablet mode for watching videos. Some of my favorite apps are also available on this Chromebook. The seller is very good to work with and I just ordered one more for my daughter. The quality is what you would expect for a used educational edition Chromebook. Some buyers expect that theirs will be flawless. So far on all of mine the screen has been scratch free. Once I get them I clean them really well and even put a coat of armor all on the housing to shine it back up. Both of the Chromebooks I have received have been in excellent condition and fully functional. These things have 4gb of ram and a roughly 2.5ghz quad core processor, so apps run very smooth. Video quality is great, but I'm not sure what resolution the screen is. I recommend the 500e to anyone looking for a cheap Chromebook suitable for browsing, watching videos, and playing the occasional games.

Great computer for the time it lasted. The computer stopped charging about 4 months after purchase. But, that is a chance you take buying used

Great for kids to do homework. Love the parental control app with Google as well. I control exactly what my kids see online

Lo que me gusta es: El sistema operativo es fácil de operar, al momento de poner mi cuenta de Google, se configuro con la región de México, e inmediato la pude utilizar. Me gustó mucho el Stylus un plus para tus dibujos y operar de una manera mejor el modo tablet. Lo que no me gustó es: La piezas de la máquina ya no las puedes conseguir ya que es un del año 2018. Los botones de encendido, subir y bajar volumen son muy frágiles y tienden a sumirse y ya no funcionan correctamente El display se raya muy fácilmente con el Stylus o hasta con las mismas uñas. La recomiendo si, pero deben de fijar en qué año se fabricó la máquina para saber si se consiguen las piezas de la misma

Cumple con lo que es, el precio es igual a la calidad, la pantalla se ve de color un poco amarillo pero es aceptable por lo que se está pagando, funciona muy bien pero la batería se acaba muy rápido
