It was a good shirt

This purchase was initially nostalgic, but ended up being a favorite. My husband's grandfather used to wear Penguin shirts all the time, and my husband was disappointed that he couldn't find big and tall versions. So, I found this for Christmas, and bought it more for the memory of his grandfather. Mission accomplished. BUT, the shirt is also great quality, and ended up fitting my husband's long torso perfectly - if not a little baggy. he wears it all the time, and has asked me to find more. Once washed, the fabric is thick and durable, but still soft. I think this will last a long time, unlike some of the other polo shirts he owns. This one is well worth the price. I only wish they had more/better color options in the tall sizes.

Package just arrived today 3 weeks after ordering and 2 weeks after product was shipped. I usually wear an XL with my other Penguin shirts but since this is slim fit, I chose an XXL. Shirt is comfortable and design is excellent as usual. Fit runs a tad big and a tad long for my Asian built and compared to my other non slim fit Penguin XL shirts. Thinking of ordering another if and when the price is right but I don't want to risk sizing down since I am not from the US.

Fits well!

My husband loves this shirt. It's very comfortable with soft material. It's a little large and a little long, but still looks good. I wish they had more colors. I purchased the blue with yellow piping and the gray with red piping. They're both good-looking shirts.

I find myself buying cheap shirts so often, I forget how nice a quality shirt that costs a little more can be. Penguin is a great brand and anyone thinking of buying a shirt that fits and looks nice, should certainly give them a shot. This polo exceeded my expectations and I plan on continuing to buy their brand when I want to look nice at the office.

Nothing to dislike and a lot to like about its smooth feeling, comfortability, look and price.

I'm 51 years old & love to wear retro look clothes. I was wearing bowling shirts long before Charlie Sheen. Anyway, this shirt did not disappoint me in any way. I'm from Minnesota & Munsingwear (the company who invented the penguin logo) for many years was based in Minneapolis. I believe in loyalty & miss the brand & Mpls connection. I work out & have kept myself in pretty decent shape. This shirt fit me like it was made for me. I normally wear XL, but I am glad I ordered the XXL size. I measure 56"chest 32" waist. My guns are about 16 inches & the arms are a little tight. If you have a sizable gut, you probably shouldn't buy this shirt. Sorry. Hopefully my review will help you. I placed my order after I read other Amazon reviews.

Original Penguin - classy and timeless - I feel on fire when I wear this - well not really - but it does make me smile every time I put it on - can you say that about any of your clothes?

Una polo de muy buenos materiales y de un corte bastante elegante que estilizan muy bien la figuras delgadas. El tejido piqué es bueno y los colores son firmes. El único detalle que encuentro es que por su precio y por la marca sería muy bueno que no estuviese fabricada en China pero este detalle no deja de hacer lucir muy bien la playera.
