Q: Will it ever break or spill the liquid out of it?

This is a super cute product but my son who is 4 played with it for less that a day and it broke. the membrane is super thin and does break if played with aggressively. Plus the toy inside has some pointed edges that does not help.

gets dirty fast

This is not an item that should be shared. It gets dirty real fast. I am the only one that uses the item and it took less than a day for the clarity of the ball to fade. Also, if your try to clean it, the splat ball gets very sticky. DO NOT TRY TO CLEAN IT
