Far better than soy lecithin. No side effects
Update 5 2 2022 its been a month taking it and certainly my semen volume increased. it’s my first order from now foods but they really nailed it. product really works when you take it as a specified and there are no or least side-effects. as usual after 40+ you may see the decrease in semen volume but after taking this I think it’s improving and let us see whether cholesterol levels are decreasing or not.

Works wonders- It's a tragedy that doctors don't know this

This is really important for reducing your lipid numbers.
Something that I used to take and then did not - I mean the other soy kind. This is better and it does what it says. I take it for my cholesterol and I can vouch for this to do its work.
