Great peppers
These peppers have great flavor and a nice heat. The two jars I got this time were pureed to season a home cured Soppressata di Calabria. The oil was saved to top pizza and other foods.

Great taste, flavor, and very spicy
These have a great taste and flavor. They are very salty, but that as expected for these type of peppers. They have a high heat level depending on your level of tolerance. The bottle size is as expected but I wish it was a little bigger for this amount of money. I go through these quick. Great with nachos, tortilla chips and queso, pizza, or anything else you want to add spice + flavoring to. The smell is fresh and as expected.

Rich complex flavor
Excellent Calabrian pepper. While I have sampled other brands, this is by far my favorite, perfect texture just the right amount of heat and a deep rich intense flavor. I added it to a lot of dishes too. Bring some heat and complexity to the dish. Also, just as a Condiment.

Spicy and worth every penny
I'm not Italian and nothing in my previous exposure to Italian foods led me to expect so much heat. Wow! The peppers are great and the oil is great, too. Chicken breast is pretty boring but, with a few peppers and a bit of oil, it's a party. Do not purchase if you don't like spicy food. These aren't psychotically hot but not for people who think pepperoncini's are too spicy. Our kids are grown, my wife doesn't eat them, and I'm on my fifth jar. Yeah, I wish they cost less but they're worth it. There may be brands that cost less, but I've never been tempted to look. These are just too good.

Salty
Salty, way way too salty. Hot chilis though, if not for the over salt I’d say you boys have something here.

There’s are the good ones!
These are the best Calabrian chilis I have yet to find. The oil is like liquid gold also. I drip a little on my risotto to finish. The peppers have a good bite but they’re also loaded with a unique flavor that is unmatched.

Superb. Also too expensive.
I buy a LOT of different hot peppers, hot sauces, etc., and this is among the very best I've had - in my top 5 for sure. Medium heat level (I'd say a 4 on a 1-10 scale), full flavor, these are outstanding for tossing on a salad or Italian dish (e.g. spaghetti and meatballs). These little jars are ridiculously overpriced and should probably be $4-$5, but what can you do, that's how much they charge and you can either pay it or not pay it. I do think these are very premium, top of the line hot peppers; you get what you pay for (but the price is still ridiculous).

Italian spicy
These peppers are semi-dried and packed in oil. You can use them to make a paste to season cheese or other foods or put in a diced up pepper to flavor pasta and pizza. I like a 1/4 tsp of this in a rigatoni dish with dried tomatoes and a few other ingredients (fresh parmesan shavings, for example.) The peppers are spicier than a jalapeno but not as spicy as a habanero. They are salty and fruity tasting.
