Nice combs, but too large for my head. I should have ordered the smaller size. I will say that the combs really held my hair up.

I prefer metal combs but have been unable to find them locally. Plastic combs will not hold my hair. I bought the black set, as my hair is dark. They are just like the black ones I previously had purchased from Goodie; same wire thickness , size, and assembly. They were well-packaged in a cardboard box.

The combs are worth the price- they're not great quality so don't expect them to last forever, but they get the job done, hold up well against hair sprays, and are easy to clean. I've had a few teeth bend, but given the price tag that isn't super surprising. If you're curious about the 1920s waves, try em out. I liked them enough to order a second set.

This Summer I cut my hair. The bob style called for it to be shorter in the back, longer in the front. When the temperatures rose, I wanted to clip it up off my neck entirely, but shorter hairs kept falling down. These combs put everything up neatly and kept hair off my neck. The gold clips look elegant and do the job. Love them.

These hair combs do not hold my hair in place. They are flimsy and weak and bend easily.
