I've consumed a lot of this honey, over time. I used it to help sweeten my daily coffee (and little else, as just so happens). I really like the taste and consistency. But the price just kept/keeps climbing. Still. To the point I could/can no longer justify purchasing this product. Shame, really, cause the honey IS really excellent! Great processed sugar substitute. It is delicious and goes well with our Mushroom coffee. No additives and chemicals, pure, unfiltered Creamed Honey. I'm not sure whether it crystallizes or what the texture is afterward, but it is delicious and healthy.

I love Cox's creamed pure honey. It will last forever if you can avoid eating it because it will never spoil. I have purchased this thick creamy honey a couple of times and it is always perfect! Never has leaked because the seal is on strong and the consistency is thick and creamy. Because it is spun honey, it will never crystalize.

Different from any honey I personally have ever eaten. Smooth tasting in your mouth. There is one odd thing I have noticed. When you put a spoonful in a hot mug of tea, it doesn't seem to melt like regular jar honeys. Takes several minutes of stirring. It will eventually melt. Just take a lot more stirring. Strange.
