This is great reel oil. I have used it now on dozens of reels. The only problem is that the metal stem will pull out of the bottle when removing the cap. Needs a little better design or perhaps mine is defective.

I never knew Lucas made a reel oil, but I know they make great lubricants. This is great stuff and I love the bottle/applicator.

Really good for cleaning also, at least worked for me that way on a reel that was submerged in salt water.
