Most Appreciated Holiday Present
My best friend loves macarons and she loved this gift! First - great box and presentation. Second - Each macaron.is individually wrapped Third - TASTE! She commented on the freshness and how good they tasted. Because they are individually wrapped, the flavors aren't muddled. Fourth - Variety. She enjoyed that she got to try new flavors.

Very delicious!
On a whim I decided to order these. I've seen a lot of pictures of people in high end restaurants in Paris with a plate of macarons in front of them and they looked so decadent. They arrived quickly and found them to be in individual ziplock bags. Not in a cheesy way. A professional, easy to open way. I make comment about this because it is a nice change from the automated heat-sealed cellophane wrappers you see on everything else. Inside is a little card with color pictures showing what each flavor looks like if you wanted to dive for your favorite. I went for a random choice and picked caramel. It tasted just like one of the caramels I get from a local shop. Very delicious. The cookies(?) were soft and moist; the filling very creamy and sweet. I then went for the hot pink one - one of the berry variants. Again very soft and chewy and delicious! At roughly $2.50 each, they're not cheap. I can't say how big their operation is - whether it's a mom & pop type shop, or a branch of some nameless MegaCorp, but they are good. There is no ingredient list, so I don't know how bad they are for me, but I don't care! It does say that they will last approximately a week if not refrigerated and up to 6 weeks if kept in the fridge...as if they'll last that long! They were not shipped in any special packaging for perishable food items. But, shipping to Montana in the middle of winter, you don't need anything special...as long as you don't care about it freezing! How they ship them in the middle of the summer, I don't know. It would probably be worth communicating with them to discuss this topic when summer approaches.

The wife loves them!
The wife loves them. Came packaged individually and in a nice gift box which arrived two days earlier than expected. She tasted one so far and said it was delicious.

Fantastic
First of all, these come packaged in a priority box with padding wrapped around the cookie box. The cookies themselves are packaged in individual, ziploc-type bags, the there is bubble wrap between the cookies and the top of the box to further protect them. My cookie box was a pale pink, sturdy cardboard. It was very pretty. I even had a card to tell me what colors were what flavor. Mostly, there's one that isn't on the card. The cookies themselves: Presentation was fantastic. The plastic spoils it just a little bit, but it's important for the freshness, obviously. The colors are vibrant and, to be honest, gorgeous. The cookie itself is an absolutely perfect example of a macaron. The flavors, from what I've tasted, are subtle and not artificial. The only reason I gave it four stars for flavor instead of five is that they are very, very, VERY sweet. I have never had an actual french macaron, so it may well be that they're supposed to be. It's just a little much for me, personally, and I wanted to include it in the review for people who may have the same issue.

Need New Delivery System to Keep Fresh.
First off, idk what everyone’s whining about the flavors for, mine came melted & ruined which left me totally pissed at first as they def. couldn’t be gifted.. Who sends macarons in the US mail system to states like AZ where its gunna end up sitting in 110 degree weather?! Details ppl. These are the basics of any food delivery business, ensure your product arrives FRESH. But being ppl who don’t like to waste money we don’t have, & food that may still be good, though a little melted and not as pretty they were def. still salvageable, maybe not gift-able but we tried them ourselves after refrigerating a bit & they were shockingly still delicious. #SAVE. 🙌🏻🙌🏻 The cookies were soft & airy, just the right amount of crisp & airy softness… Idk what the ordeal is over the flavors or the thing about the filling just being butter.. Idk, maybe she’s taking notes and making positive changes per customer reviews or maybe I’m just a dumb fatty American that didn’t notice I was eating butter lol but they were good & I could tell a good portion of the flavors though I was disappointed to see other ppl got flavor cards & mine didn’t have that so we had to guess trying to figure out what some of my favorites were as a few flavors were very similar to eachother in taste.. couldn’t put my finger on what that taste was that I liked… I will say the coconut one was AMAZING. So was the teal one, & the not lavender purple one. Personally, I HATE lavender macarons, I hate lavender flavor in my food for the most part period. Especially just on its own by itself lile full on lavender… It tastes like the soap that it’s better suited for anyway.. But THESE lavender macarons were still good! I even ate that last purple lavender macaron I never thought I’d enjoy. She didn’t overwhelm me with the lavender so I appreciate that sense in a nice light flavor, not too sweet or rich, not too bland.. Perfect. The birthday cake flavor, I believe… was a favorite. & I liked others too, overall, even for being melted ruined cookies.. You saved yourself w/ the amazing flavor.. The handwritten note about your child working with you was a bit of a pull on the heart strings making me feel very very badly about wanting to leave a mega give review in frustration at wasted money when I first received a ruined package… What irritated /disappointed most was the sellers clear wishes to not receive bad reviews asking in the note with the box to reach out to her first with any issues before leaving a review but then it’s like, I go to reach out to her (& yes, I know no refunds/returns but I was hoping she might at least hear from us & care enough to take the information & say yea ok we’ll need to wrk on that or maybe discount my next purchase… I mean.. I paid like 50$ for melted ruined cookies…), && she CLEARLY went out of her way to make herself not-reachable via the vendor she sells her products through and THAT made me REALLY irritated & pissed off…. Like seriously? Won’t even hear back from buyers after putting a handwritten note pulling on my heart over your 8 year old child working in the kitchen to sell the food for your business that ppl have to post critical reviews of when they get a box of melted mush? That’s not fair… && why is your child making the product you have to sell for a living? That just seems a little.. idk, I understand wanting to have fun In the kitchen n bond together & even helping mom with wrk but don’t use that to pull on ppls heart strings & aim for good reviews for being the ‘quaint family business’… Idk.. That’s just me, feels like it’s kinda putting a lot on a kid as if your selling food theres A LOT of safety/security issues one has to take in mind, it’s a sterile environment kind of situation… So yea, the whole going out of your way to not allow refunds or contact from your paying customers was def. not appreciated especially when asking ppl to come to you first & I would have…. But you didn’t even give me that chance. I would say this is why I give a megh, so-so 3 stars overall as flavor was 5 stars and def. what saved the other 1-2 star issues of poor delivery execution, poor customer service, and un-gift-able expensive gift.. I hope your taking customer concerns into play & making changes as you learn from errors as I would love to purchase again but I’d like them arrive at my door fresh like every other flower/desert delivery company! Amazon even offers this hand off at food delivery, utilize it! Even that would be better than rotting in a hot metal mail box! && yikes, I HOPE TO GOD your not just using butter for filling! 😳😳😳

Best texture and taste I’ve found so far!
I have been searching for macarons that have the right consistency and I finally found them! The lemon one was my favorite. Blueberry and fruit punch were also really good. I did like the variety pack to sample but would like the option to purchase individual flavors to order more! The package was delivered with each macaron individually wrapped for freshness inside of a collective box. It was a little difficult to identify all of the flavors to the insert and I don’t think I had all the flavors listed but had another flavor in its place. If your looking for a sampler to figure out which flavors you like or like a lot of flavors then I would recommend.
