Love it!
Great quality and big! I bought two for my back yard. Easy and fun to assemble. Solid value. I'm storing all sorts of stuff in them to free up garage space. Really happy with them.

Better than expected! Great shed.
I didn't have super high expectations for this shed due to the price, but I am very impressed! Super durable, very well-designed for assembly and function. The thing basically just snaps together and you add a few screws, but the way it is engineered and the way the panels lock together is brilliant-- not flimsy at all and I expect it to last for many years. Bought this to store my lawnmower and a few yard tools and it is just perfect. Took about 20 minutes to put together, just needing a screwdriver. Anyone can assemble this. Directions say two people but not necessary. Highly recommend!

Great horizonal shed with some minor issues
Overall this is a really great small shed almost worthy of 5 stars. Pros: First it was very easy to put together. You mostly snap it together with some screws to hold in place. Easily done by one person. It is somewhat light weight so if you don't have anything heavy in it, you will want to anchor it down. The build seems solid. I can easily store a push mower and a little extra in it. Cons: I didn't like the packaging. The box is very large, which is understandable, however there is a lot of extra space in the box for important components to move around during shipping, such as the walls that arrived slightly warped. They need to use some kind of filler so the components don't move. Due to the warping, the walls don't connect flush with the other panels which creates a small gap where if rain hit the sides near the door hinges just right, some rain water will get through and your stuff wet. There was also a small crack, not significant by the lock latch that I can easily cover that shouldn't damage the integrity of the shed. The lower latch to keep the doors closed doesn't really work. Doors still open with it engaged. Over all this is a good shed if you can get at a good price. I purchased when at $199 and was worth every penny. It comes with a 10 year warranty but I don't know if it'll last the full 10 years, especially with UV damage but time will tell. I would buy again. Suncast is typically a good brand.

Easy to assemble small shed - must be on perfectly leveled ground
I've been looking for a small shed to store trash cans outside, as otherwise they will get water stuck in them which is a breeding ground for mosquitoes and other bugs. Purchased this when on sale, and came in a small 'flat-pack' box. Though it stated that two people were required to put it together, I was able to put it together alone without much trouble. Just have the screws & a mallet handy closeby (if needed). If using a mallet, put a block of wood or something else against the shed so you're not directly hitting it - For the sides I was able to just pull into place with my hands. Note that they do state in instructions that you will get extra hardware - I think I got about 8 extra screws. so don't be wary if you have extra. The beauty of the design on this is that most of the pieces 'click' into the base and other pieces, so the screws are only needed in the back middle, and the hinges, as well as the top metal bar and lock. With a drill on 1-2 slip, it made quick work of everything. There's no designated spots to install screws for the top metal bar, but if you look at the 'roof' there are spots it should line up with, so just take note when installing the support brace. The pieces are clearly labeled, and the instructions are clear as to what to do. Perhaps the biggest tip I can say is that make sure you have a level surface. I set this up on a concrete pad, and it wasn't 100% flat, which causes the doors not to close properly. I ended up (not seen in the pictures) shimming the right side, which brings it up slightly and is now perfectly aligned. Suncast states that they will not warranty the shed if it was installed improperly - so just take note of that. So far, its been great at keeping out the water and all of my trash cans fit inside (inside of each other). The only downside I could see is that you do need to open the top lid before opening the doors - Not a deal-breaker and I saw this in other reviews and instructions before purchasing, but just to note in case that makes a difference for you. There's no lock provided, but has an 'insert' into the right door to use one if you would like. Since this is plastic, I wouldn't put anything too valuable in it, as even with a lock I'm sure you could get into it if you wanted to. For me, it fits everything I needed it to do so it gets a 5/5.

Great quality
Fantastic. Easy to assemble. Lots of space. Got 2” of rain in 48hrs and it’s nice and dry inside. I’ve had one for 5 years that’s still working fine. Just got another.

Terrible customer service
Suncast’s customer service is abysmal. They failed to include the metal hinge assembly. I called to let them know I needed the metal, “hinge assembly.” The kind woman on the phone provided a tracking number and assured me the part would arrive in a matter of days. After a week had passed, I called again, confirmed they were sending the, “metal hinge assembly,” and was again reassured the part was on its way. I had been following the tracking details however, and while the label had been created, no one bothered to send it until after the second call. When the pieces finally arrived, they were plastic hinges, not the, “metal hinge assembly.” So, I have had a partially assembled shed sitting as a useless eyesore on my property for 3 weeks. It’s Saturday on a long holiday weekend. No one’s answering the phones at Suncast, and I am faced with the prospect of returning this behemoth or starting this painful process all over again on Tuesday. I own 2 Suncast pieces: the shed and the grill cart. This one is sturdier than the cart which was so bad I almost put out for a curb alert. I couldn’t reach customer service for help with the cart either. I wouldn’t buy from them again.
