Good standard pill
Easy to swallow, no side effects - didn't have any effect in boosting magnesium levels but then again Oxide is one of the worse for absorption. It is, however, very good as a natural antacid taken alongside meals. Sorts out my GERD symptoms without the usual problems that PPIs have and because it's low for absorption there's less risk of upsetting electrolyte levels with frequent use. For muscles and boosting magnesium, I've found that magnesium glycinate works best

Effective but…..
These were effective for muscle cramps in sport but unfortunately they gave me an upset tummy so I have had to stop taking them…
