Coil got burned. P/N:N600590 is the condenser no.
Machine build quality is good. But unfortunately mine stopped working after 2 months of use. The coil had got burned due to water contact. Where can I get it serviced or repaired. Please let me know it's very very urgent.

Light and easy to use
So far it’s doing what’s intended to be. Perhaps the length of the cord could be increased to 15 meters. Plastic body and other parts seemed to be less sturdy than I expected from Black & Decker. Otherwise it is a great product.

Most important is that totaly body plastic ,the machine is not comfortable to use..
By using some time the motor is get fire and no any repair assistance near us,now we request to provide nearest service station to solve the issue....request you to provide the contact number.....second the body totally plastic which is very uncomfortable compair to other company.

Highly recommend. Great mover. Powerful. Will do almost any job. The mower is super light and easy to use and dependable. My only regret is I used a gas mower all these years. Having a cord is not a problem, no different than using a vacuum for a living room. I don't have to worry about buying an expensive battery or the battery failing over time. This mower can handle 90% of American lawns.

The only thing I have a problem with is registering the product. Black & Decker's office is closed until further notice and the label on the box does not relate to the details required on the registration. I am in the process of photographing the label that there is and forwarding to them and see what happens but the label does not photograph well. I am going to try again. As for the product itself it meets all the requirements of a lawn mower although one of the screws needed easing to place into the handle, but nevertheless now it is assembled it is great.
