I use this once a week and the effects last all week and it hydrates my ends and after my hair volume and it’s soft and healthy! It doesn’t dull my hair like most conditioners do, by hair is shiny! It easy, I just massage it into my ends and wrap my hair for 30 minutes after and wash and then rinse it with cold water.

I have extremely dry, thick, tangly, but slightly brittle hair (on some places from too much dyeing), and my hair was absolutely suffering, especially during winter. My hair is also wavy and probably a type 2b to 2c, maybe slightly 3a (it's also straight in some places so not exactly).
