Banana Macadamia Nut Pancake Mix, 6 Ounce by Hawaiian Sun

Very flavorful. Banana flavor is very subtle, little if any syrup needed.

It cooked up nice on the stove. They seemed a little stickier than other pancakes. They were so sweet you don't need syrup!

Good pancakes. Great favor. Like it very much. Should have added a tea spoon more water than recommended to make the pancakes lighter. Each bag only makes 4 McDonald size pancakes. Will buy more bags next time.

YOU COULD SKIP SYRUP WITH THIS SINCE THERES A SWEETNESS AS IS

I bought 2 flavors: Blueberry Acai & Pineapple Coconut. Today I tried the Blueberry Acai and was surprised at its flavor. It was sweet, but not overly so and none of the tartness associated with blueberries. I actually enjoyed it more without syrup, just a little butter. It was as if I had a muffin with my morning coffee. I finally tried the Pineapple Coconut. Surprisingly I was not as happy with this flavor. I could smell the tropical flavors upon opening the packet. But after cooking, I could not taste the coconut and the pineapple was at a minimum. I have pineapple and coconut extract (ordered from Amazon) so I will try them with regular pancake mix in the future. But the Blueberry Acai will be reordered.

A single packet of this makes 6 small pancakes for $11. It is not enough for two people & barely enough for 1. Value is absolute garbage! They are super tasty though if you don’t mind spending twenty some odd dollars to feed 2 people 3 packets of pancakes (which would be enough for two people comfortably).

Wow I love this pancake mix wish it came in a bigger package.
