YaeMarine Marine Boat Deck Access Hatch & Lid for Boat Marine Caravan RV

Bought this for my boat and it fit nice and the size is perfect the color is amazing and the quality is a good product

My RV closet has a bottom section that is a bit hard to access from inside if I have my shoes or other items in that level. I put this hatch on the front of the closet and it has been a fantastic addition! This hatch was a perfect size for my application and the door opening down allows me to reach towing equipment and tools from the outside - That's something I can do with the main closet door. Better yet, the colors are a close-enough match to the trailer's fiberglass that it looks like OEM equipment. As an added bonus it is made with thicker, sturdy plastic, so I expect it will last a long time. It latches firmly and lays flat against the fiberglass. I did a rough trace of the hatch and then cut into the fiberglass inside that line. I spent time tweaking the hole and sneaking up on the dimensions. This took extra time, but the opening was a nice fit. It took just a minute or two to attach the hatch once I had the hole cut to the proper dimensions. I highly recommend this hatch!

I bought two of these and installed them in the middle seat of my Tracker Topper 1542 jon boat that I converted to a mini bass boat. They are tricky to install but they work great and look great. They are also pretty sturdy. You can stand on these, no problem.

Great product! It’s sturdy and feels like good quality materials. It was an easy install and is very handy. It supports my weight if I step on it so no need to worry about cracking it.

These access hatches are awesome. The only small downside was they didn't come with mounting hardware. Still a great deal.

Wanted something to install in my boat seat to access the once wasted space behind my battery. This does the trick. Wasn't difficult to install. I traced the inside of the hole by removing the lid, then I added about a 1/4" the whole way around. Took some adjustments but I wanted to be careful not to make the hole too big. I don't remember if it came with screws (I don't think so) but I had what I need. #8 oval head, I think is what I used. Water pools where the latch is but I don't think any has gotten through the hatch so far. Seems sturdy enough if you need to sit on it as part of the seat, but I don't intend to put all of my weight on it by stepping on to it to get in our out of the boat. We'll see how well it holds up over time spent in sun and salt, but I am pleased so far.

These hatches are fantastic, the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is there is no way to lock them. These are extremely tough, you can stand on them all day, they close tightly and seem pretty rugged.

Me sirvió para aprovechar el espacio vacío que está en la banca trasera que sirve de cámara de flotación. Yo no uso la lancha en aguas de mas de un metro de profundidad por lo que no es indispensable contar con la cámara de aire. Ahora puedo aprovechar el espacio que hay adentro al acceder a través del hatch. Excelente calidad y acabados. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
