I have been using the benefits of blackseed oil for sometime now. Blackseed oil is has many topical as well as ingesting benefits but as anyone who has ingested it knows it sometimes has bad taste and no so pleasant with "burping". I was excited to try these gel caps and I LOVE them!! They are small and easy to swallow and only for about 15 to 20 minutes am I able to taste the gel caps and then it is gone. This is a huge benefit as it makes them easier and you WANT to take them because you don' t dread the taste. So far every single product I have tried from NutraChamps has been excellent. I will continue to use all their products. Very good quality.

I started off with another slightly more expensive brand of black seed oil but then switched to this one. I like this one much better because the pills are easier to swallow. This is great for people who have allergies or respiratory issues. Really works to control this weird cough I get that comes and goes. I haven't experienced any side effects other than I lost a few inches. I haven't weighed myself but my clothes fit looser and I can fit into clothes I haven't been able to fit into in several years. It was gradual so I didn't notice at first. My co-worker actually noticed before I did. LOL. I have the oil as well but I've only used it topically to grow my hair so far.

I'm never surprised by this company NutraChamps and the fantastic line of supplements that they offer! This one, I didn't know too much about and had never tried it, but I figured why not...well, thus far, this little bottle works as advertised as I've seen significant changes and benefits with inflammation as opposed to other remedies, and is definitely working through my digestive tract! Though instead of the recommended 2 pills/day, I take just 1 as 2 were conflicting with my Prebiotics that I take and was giving me some wicked bubble-guts. Don't care for the taste (and the after taste with burps) as it taste like I ate 20 pencils, but other than that, great product and the company has a life-long customer!!

Only one week in, but will continue taking & update later after I see some results. Update: I started taking these in September. I don't have any health issues I was trying to address, more so of a preventative measure on my end. My Dad however has struggled with arthritis for years. They sent me a free bottle. I gave it to him since his arthritis had gotten so bad over the last couple of months that he could hardly walk. My Mom called me at work asking me where I got the pills. He's been taking 2 a day for the last 25 days and he's starting to feel more movement and less pain. Thank God! I told him to give it 30 days and if he saw any improvement, I'd keep the pills coming. I just ordered 2 more bottles! I do not play about my Daddy! Nutrachamps please dont EVER dilute your product or change up. Your seriously changing lives. Kudos! 6/22/2020 Update: Nutrachamp changed their formula. I. Am. Bummed. They don't "stick" together anymore. I don't get the "disgusting" taste that I grew to love when I belch anymore. The motor oil smell is gone too. I would have preferred they went up a few dollars then dilute a great product.

I have been buying since 2022 and it was always a very dark oil and with the last bottle the color has changed and is much lighter. I would like to know why? What would cause such a drastic color change???
