This definitely works! I stopped talking it because my lab results for Vitamin D were way too high according to the “normal range”. This was after taking it for a few months. I wonder if taking this once a week would be better since it is 625% of the daily value. Maybe this is made for those who have very low vitamin D. My spouse was deficient in vitamin D and now their labs are normal. Definitely effective!!

This is a great quality supplement. I love that it also contains MK7 to help the D get to my bones.
