I can taste peppermint more than licorice. I like the fact there isn't tea dust. 1 bag is enough unlike a lot of other teas where you need 2 bags just to really taste the flavor. You can see the licorice root and peppermint leaves. Very good quality. Would get again.

This is my favorite tea. I stopped using sugar and love how the liquorice makes so sweet.

I tried Pukka's same flavor and loved it. When I went to buy more I found this - a much better price per bag - so I decided to try it. WOW! I am glad I did!! Just bought a second box, this tea is SO delicious! The flavor is much stronger than the other, with Pukka it's mild and barely any licorice, with Teapigs it is fantastic! Very sweet too - I drink my teas black always and this one is much sweeter than any I've ever had - but not so sweet that it's gross, it's perfect. I usually only drink one or two cups of tea in the evenings and with Teapigs I can't get enough! The teabags themselves are the daggone cutest ones I've ever seen. Can you even call a teabag cute? Well, I just did. I love them; I want to decorate my home with them they're so darn cute. And they smell SO GOOD. Bottom Line: If you love licorice and peppermint, get it. You won't be sorry. If you don't like sweeter teas, don't buy it. If you're looking for something you can drink AND decorate your home with, BUY IT. If you don't like tea, why are you here? Buy it anyway, hang them in your bathroom for air freshener.

Absolutely love this tea. When a friend offered it to me I initially turned it down because I’m not a huge fan of black licorice or peppermint but she convinced me to try it. WOW I can’t even explain how those 2 flavors (undesirable to me) blend together to form the most perfect flavor. If you’re hesitant about this just try it is all I can say. It’s naturally sweet so it doesn’t need anything added to it. I also have a lot of gut issues and every time I drink this it makes my stomach feel better.

I went for this tea to look for an alternative to the Aveda one. The aveda tea cost comes out to $1 per tea bag where as this one comes to $.54 per tea bag. Taste wise I do prefer Aveda as the flavors of Sweet Fennel Basil just gives the flavor combination dimension. However teapigs still gives that sweet taste which my family enjoys. Will most likely purchase again because I find this a great cheaper alternative to the Aveda tea.

Licorice and mint sounds like an unusual combination, but it’s actually pretty yummy. The tea is sweet from the licorice, but also refreshing from the mint. I also like that these are pyramid bags, which are very sturdy. My only critique is that the tea has a lingering sweet after taste from the licorice. It’s still good, but I wish there was another flavor profile (maybe chai or vanilla) to break up the sweetness.

New taste for me.
