Q: Does it wash well, it’ll be getting washed every few weeks so wondered if it keeps it’s shape.

It washes extremely well! I bought one for my daughter who is 39 years old with developmental disabilities. She also has a bleeding disorder. So, between incontinence and bleeding from her nose and sometimes from her gums, I have washed it at least once a week. I was SO pleased with it that I sent for 3 more and I'm not even in England, I'm in Canada. I had to buy from England as here in Canada, the smallest size is a double. My daughter uses a hospital bed with full guard rails so the double is too big. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

Q: Is this ok for winter and summer, i bought the same in 10.5 tog and so hot! is it reversable to use grey instead of black side?

I have a bedspread over it in the winter, but plan to remove it and just use this for summer. It's black on one side and grey on the other. I have the grey facing out. Looks great. Very soft material too.
