Another tool for my sore feet
I’m glad I bought this tool but it is hard to get used it. It’s foam and lightweight.

Change your mindset about PF and give this product a try
Been dealing with plantar fasciitis for many months and have gone the route of icing, rolling calves, PT recommended stretches, rest, etc. I stumbled across this product when talking to some other fellow sufferers, and a 3rd PT who directed me to try doing more load bearing on my plantar fascia. This product has been a game changer, I still do the stretches and icing protocols, but I have incorporated using this tool 3-4 days a week and have progressed from being able to use it with both feet on the ground, to one foot without additional weights, to weigthed one foot calf raises with my toes on the fasciitis fighter. Is my PF gone. No. Not yet. But is it going way? Yes, definitely and by using this and strengthening the foot, ankles, calves I am confident that I am also putting in the long term preventative work to escape future irritations of the PF.

A nice tool against PF
I will say that I've only had this a week and can't rate longevity or effectiveness yet. It works at targeting the anatomy and musculature of the lower leg. I do hope it helps to bring my occasional PF to a resolution.

FANTASTIC!
Perfect! Recommend by Dr Tom Walters on Instagram for achillies tendinitis associated with heel spurs. As an OTMT I can attest to the phenomenal performance of this product. inexpensive and easy to use anywhere. Thanks Dr Tom!!

Ok
Good for stretching calves. Not sure if this helps the foot.

Awesome product!
I've struggled with plantar fasciitis for 4 years now. I've tried everything out there but didn't really find much relief. After months of physical therapy, dry needles and podiatrists, I came across the Fasciitis Fighter and I have LOVED it!! I use it every day either at home or at the gym and, along with a few other stretches, I've seen great results! I purchased mine back in February and I'm pretty much 100% better. If you are tired of waking up in the morning with pain on your heel, please consider this product and give it a try! I think you'll be very pleased!

A must have for plantar fascia.
I've been using this foam piece to rehab my plantar fascia. The foam is quite sturdy and so far has held up well. I use it to do calf raises as well as for stretching. It has made a huge difference for me personally. I went from having chronic pain in my foot daily to no pain at all in just a few weeks.

Damn it
I am regretting buying this tool. It made my plantar fascilitis worse. The foam is a very bad quality, there is very little support to lift the foot. Because of that my foot started making cracking noises and I got back the same pain like in the beginning of my treatment. So I am basically back in the beginning! DoIng this exercise on a stair step is much better / was better until I used this tool, damn it.

This thing is made of foam that isn't hard enough to keep the toe angle needed (the mound just compresses to become much flatter), and the material is also slippery, so my toes just slid off the mound. A rolled up towel works much better - it keeps the angle better and toes won't slip as much. If the foam were harder and higher-friction, like made of rubber or something, it would be excellent. Unsure of why this material was chosen.

Bin zufrieden.

Good bit of kit but well expensive for what it is

Je recommande vivement pour faire les exercices pour soulager la fasciite plantaire. Mieux qu’un essuie roulé pour faire les exercices car beaucoup plus stable.
