Pure Bass Bliss That Makes Me Want to Throw Away My Charger
From the moment I plugged these JBL Tune 500s into my device, I knew I was in for a serious treat, but I wasn't prepared for just how deep the soundstage would actually be. The audio profile is genuinely robust, centered heavily around that signature JBL Pure Bass Sound which lives up to every bit of the hype. It isn't just loud; it is precise, thumping with a rich resonance that makes hip-hop and electronic tracks feel alive without drowning out the mids or piercing the highs. I have listened to everything from intricate classical pieces to heavy metal on these cans, and the clarity remains pristine across the board. It is refreshing to experience such high-fidelity audio without needing a massive amplifier or a complex setup; just a simple connection delivers a concert-like experience right to my ears. Comfort is often the Achilles' heel of on-ear headphones, but the engineering here is spot on. The lightweight materials and soft ear cushions create a fit that feels almost weightless, allowing me to wear them for hours on end—whether I am grinding through a workday or getting lost in a gaming session—without any of that dreaded "clamp" pressure on my ears. The foldable design is incredibly convenient for tossing them into my bag when I am on the move, and I appreciate that the build feels sturdy despite being so light. I never feel like I have to baby them; they are built to handle real life, and the flat cable design is a stroke of genius. I have pulled these out of a cluttered backpack countless times, and not once have I had to fight a tangled mess of wires. Speaking of that cable, the one-button remote and microphone are flawlessly integrated. I love the tactical click of the button; it is responsive and makes controlling music playback or answering calls effortless without needing to fumble with my phone. The microphone quality is surprisingly crisp for an inline unit, picking up my voice clearly even in busier environments, which makes switching from jamming out to taking a professional call seamless. There is also something incredibly liberating about the wired connection. I never have the anxiety of a dying battery cutting my playlist short, and I don't have to carry around extra charging cases. It is just pure, uninterrupted reliability that works every single time I need it. Ultimately, these headphones remind me why wired audio is still king for consistent quality. The JBL Tune 500 manages to pack a premium audio punch into a package that is accessible, stylish, and incredibly user-friendly. I find myself reaching for these over much more expensive wireless pairs simply because I know exactly what I am going to get: immediate connection, zero latency, and bass that absolutely rocks. If you value a hassle-free listening experience that prioritizes sound quality above all else, these are an absolute triumph.

Good backup headphones
I use these at my workplace when my Bluetooth headset is charging. These are very adequate for the price as they have good output, subtle bass response, and a microphone for old-fashioned phone conversations. The only 2 drawbacks I've found from these is the microphone isn't sensitive enough (GOT TO TALK LOUDLY FOR ANYONE TO HEAR) and fitment while wearing glasses is... Meh. They are on-ear headphones afterall, so I wasn't expecting cloud-like comfort. So far, they're quite durable for my application.

Comfortable and Great Sound
I have a small head and can get these to fit very comfortably and snugly. I put them on my 9 year old and she was able to get comfy too. That doesn't mean that they don't fit larger heads as well, but I've always had difficulty finding headphones that fit me well. Most of what I listen to is voice and it is clear in a way I've never heard on any other headphones. Excellent. I can't talk about their quality when it comes to music, though, since I don't listen to music. They're a great price for the quality, and I've recommended them to others.

High-quality, wired, and no issues
OH MY GOD THIS IS BEAUTIFUL. Everything is so good about this. Mic quality? Fire. Fit? Adjustable, but absolutely fire. It's very simple as well! Plug in to a 3.5mm headphone jack, and you're off. It's super light, allowing for easy portability. Keep in mind, this does NOT charge. It is wired. I prefer zero-latency, mid-ranged price headphones than a low-latency, high quality (and price) headphones instead. That's my personal opinion. Need something simplistic? I suggest you get this item. It's wired, no Bluetooth set-up needed. Techy, and looking for an item with about the same quality as this? Check out the JBL Tune 500 BT, which, is literally the same, sure, but the BT model makes it better, however, as you can use this with your current phone. Most phones don't have a 3.5mm audio jack anymore. If you do have a phone with an audio jack (which is most likely from a vendor who sells Android phones out of Samsung and Xiaomi) this does work with Hey Google commands and such. Overall? 10/10. Would recommend.

Good Sound, Way Too Tight
The sound is actually pretty good for the price, with clear audio and solid bass. They’re also lightweight and easy to take around, which is nice. Unfortunately, I had to return them because of the comfort. These things squeezed my head like a vice grip. 😂 After a short time they became really uncomfortable, and I just couldn’t deal with the pressure. If you have a smaller head they might be fine, but for me the tight fit was not good.
